THE GRANDSPORT CLUB MEMBERSHIP

MEMBERSHIP MEETING POSPONED UNTIL JANUARY 2012!

Memberships are now available at Grandsport speedway. The membership track days include the 24 Groove Union days which are all weekend days. One Saturday and one Sunday a month. Additionally there will be 4 additional weekdays and 4 evenings(2pm until dark)per month.

That is 120 days per year or $25 per track day or less! Well that something you don't see everyday!

Your investment is $3000 per year. Members will have there own private run sessions within the Groove Union days and will run privately with other members on all other member days. Additionally you may call the track at anytime and if we have someone working on site but off the racetrack you can come out and run!

Family memberships are available at $3000 for the first membership and $1500 for each family member there after.

As the size of the present track is limited at 1.4 miles, and this offer is unbelievably great we will be limiting this membership offering to only 100 members for the first year. When we reach 100 members we will start construction on the other mile of track! This will make the track 2.4 miles long! The initial 100 members will have the first right of refusal on future offerings.

Initial memberships take effect January 1, 2012 and those sold after this date will run for one calender year from date of purchase. Membership prices subject to change at anytime.

A membership question and answer meeting, free track day, cocktail party will be scheduled and held at the track in January 2012. Everyone is welcome for a short free track day. This date has changed due to the very busy schedule our staff is experiencing at the present time.

HOW DO WE INTEND TO BUILD OUT THE FACILITY?

100% of all membership money will be used for track and facility improvements. We will keep open books to all members to show our intent on building the track out for their comfort, safety and fun!

1) Clubhouse with permanent bathrooms, showers, meeting rooms etc. City water sewer and paddock lighting.

2) 20 Garages for members to start. More as the demand increases.

3) Pit covers to protect member cars from the weather(40).

4) Grassy family area with cover, BBQ grill and picnic tables.

5) New road , GrandSport Speedway sign on highway and fence to accommodate the 1 mile track extension on the extreme south end of property.

6) One mile of new track!

CLUBHOUSE

The members will have there own private air conditioned clubhouse room with a second story observation deck. The Club room will have beverages and snacks available at all times. Members will be allowed one guest to accompany them into the club house per day at a cost of $20. Member guests who would like to drive will pay $175 on the Groove Union days and $250 on private member days.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Payments will be held in escrow and will be released to GrandSport as follows. Track time becomes available to our members December 1. Therefore the $3000 membership fee will come due at that time.
